7. Seguridad y conducta a bordo

  • WhatsApp: +57 312 622 2997

2. Acceptance

By using this website or booking a service you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or make a booking.

3. Our services

  • Every experience is private: you book the whole boat, not individual seats.
  • The maximum capacity of each boat is stated on the website and must always be respected for safety.
  • Routes, destinations and times are indicative. The final itinerary depends on the weather, sea conditions, maritime authority rules and the availability of each destination.
  • Photos on the website are real and for reference; beach and sea conditions may vary.

4. Bookings and confirmation

  • Bookings are requested by WhatsApp or the channels shown on the website. Sending a form or a message does not confirm a booking.
  • A booking is confirmed once we send you, in writing, the date, time, boat, price and applicable conditions, and we receive the agreed payment or deposit.
  • You must give us accurate information about the number of guests, the date and any special needs.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Colombian pesos (COP) per boat, unless stated otherwise.
  • Published prices are starting prices ("from") and may vary with the route, season, duration and extras. The final price is the one confirmed in writing when you book.
  • Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include the port departure tax (impuesto de zarpe) or entrance fees to beaches, parks or sites that charge admission (for example, Tayrona National Park).
  • Payment methods: bank transfer (Bancolombia), Nequi, cash with prior confirmation, or a secure payment link.

6. Cancellations, changes and refunds

The cancellation, date change and refund conditions of your booking are given to you in writing before it is confirmed and form part of it.

  • If the maritime authority restricts navigation, or the captain considers that the weather or sea conditions are not safe, the trip may be delayed, changed or cancelled. In that case we will arrange a new date or another alternative with you, according to the conditions agreed when booking.
  • If the group arrives late at the departure point, the time on the water may be shorter.

7. Safety and conduct on board

  • Instructions from the captain and crew are mandatory. The captain may change the route or end the trip if the safety of the group or the boat is at risk.
  • Life jackets must be worn whenever the crew asks, and at all times by minors.
  • Minors must be accompanied by, and remain the responsibility of, an adult for the whole trip.
  • Illegal substances, weapons and dangerous items are not allowed on board. Alcohol must be consumed in moderation and may be limited for safety.
  • Before departure, tell the crew about any relevant health condition (for example pregnancy, heart conditions or seasickness).
  • Each guest is responsible for their personal belongings. The group is liable for damage to the boat or its equipment caused intentionally or through negligence.

8. Liability

We provide the service with a professional crew, safety equipment and valid marine insurance. To the extent permitted by Colombian law, we are not liable for force majeure or acts of God, decisions of the authorities, or damage resulting from not following the crew's instructions or these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute).

9. Protection of children and adolescents

In compliance with Colombian Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009, Serenity Boat Rental rejects and reports the exploitation, pornography, sex tourism and any form of sexual abuse of children and adolescents.

10. Environment and heritage

Please do not take or buy plants, wildlife, coral, shells, sand or archaeological objects. Trafficking in wildlife (Law 17 of 1981 and Law 1333 of 2009) and cultural property (Law 63 of 1986 and Law 397 of 1997) is a crime in Colombia. Follow the rules of parks and protected areas.
