Before writing to us
Here are the answers to the questions we get asked most often on WhatsApp. If you already have a date and the number of people, message us and we’ll confirm availability and pricing based on the route and the boat.
What are the departure times for the boats?
The daytime tour runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the sunset tour runs from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM, with a minimum duration of 2 hours.
Where do they come from?
All departures leave from the Marina Internacional de Santa Marta.
How far in advance should I write?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially on weekends and during peak season. For the Day Tour and the Sunset Tour, we also accept same-day reservations, subject to availability.
How can I pay?
You can pay via Bancolombia, Nequi, cash (with prior confirmation), or a secure link.
How many people can it hold?
Serenity can carry up to 13 passengers, and Serenity II can carry up to 16 people. Reservations are made for the entire boat, not per person.
Can I order decorations, drinks, or internet access on board?
Yes. We coordinate decorations, beverages, special music, and Starlink on board as additional services; please request them when you make your reservation.
